Product information, prices, images, shades, offers, and availability may be updated or changed at any time. Product colours may appear slightly different due to screen settings, lighting, photography, or batch variation.

Customers are responsible for providing correct order, contact, delivery, and payment details. Nano® Professional may hold, cancel, or refuse an order if details are incomplete, incorrect, suspicious, unavailable, or cannot be verified.

Available payment methods:

Payment must be completed or verified before order processing, except for approved Cash on Delivery orders. Delivery terms, charges, timelines, and failed delivery rules are covered in our Shipping Policy.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or tested beauty products cannot be exchanged or returned unless the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or approved after review.

Exchange, replacement, repair, refund, and warranty cases are handled according to our Exchange & Warranty Policy and applicable consumer protection rules.

Customers must read and follow product instructions before use. Professional gels, machines, drills, tools, and chemical-based products should be used with proper knowledge and care.

All Nano® Professional brand materials, including logos, product images, website content, packaging, designs, videos, catalogues, training materials, and marketing content, may not be copied, edited, or used without written approval.

Nano® Professional may use third-party providers for payment, delivery, website operation, analytics, marketing, and customer support. We are not responsible for third-party service interruptions, errors, or independent terms.

Nano® Professional is not responsible for delays or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, weather, supplier issues, technical issues, payment gateway problems, government restrictions, or other unexpected circumstances.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
