Soak Your Feet: Start by soaking your feet in warm water for 5–10 minutes. This helps soften the skin, making it easier to remove rough spots. You can add a foot soak or mild soap for extra relaxation.
Dry Your Feet: Gently pat your feet dry with a towel. This helps you see and feel the rough areas better.
Prepare the File: Check that the sandpaper is securely attached to the foot file. Use the coarse side for tough, callused spots and the fine side for gentle exfoliation.
File the Rough Areas: Rub the file back and forth on rough spots, like your heels, the balls of your feet, and the sides of your toes. Use light to medium pressure—no need to press hard!
Check Your Progress: Pause occasionally to feel your skin. Stop filing when it feels smooth to avoid overdoing it.
Rinse and Dry: Rinse your feet to wash away any dead skin. Dry them thoroughly with a clean towel.
Moisturize: Apply a thick foot cream or moisturizer to keep your skin soft and smooth. For extra care, put on socks to lock in the moisture.
