Apply a thin layer of Blooming Gel Top Coat over the nail surface where you want to create the design.

Using your chosen gel polish shades, place small dots, lines, or details onto the uncured blooming layer.

Allow the colors to spread naturally to create blooming, floral, marble, or abstract effects.

Once the desired design is achieved, cure under a UV/LED lamp for 60 seconds.
